Description
Yuzu flavoured oil is a finishing garnish for salads, seafood and noodles. It is made using the essential oils of fresh yuzu peel. The yuzu peel is cold pressed to preserve as much of the delicate flavour as possible. This oil has a fantastic flavour of sharp, perfumed yuzu.
Use it to add final flavour to your dishes. Or mix it with soy sauce and mirin for a citrus dressing. Add a few drops to steamed vegetable side dishes. Or use in sweet recipes such as jellies and mousse.
Ingredients: Corn oil (99%), yuzu oil (1%)
