Use this extra hot version of White Mausus best-selling peanut rayu to spice up stir-fries, sauces and scrambled eggs. To their original blend of roasted peanuts, sesame and gochugaru (Korean chilli flakes), they have added chilli darbol for an extra boost of mouth-tingling heat. Agave adds mellow sweetness to balance the rich, savoury notes of tamari and crunchy fried garlic.

This fiery, nutty condiment is a great addition to rice bowls, noodle dishes, sandwiches and Asian-inspired salad dressings. If youre trying to eat more vegetables, this peanut rayu will add spicy, umami flavour to crunchy coleslaw and roasted root vegetables.
