Description
Use desiccated coconut to add tropical sweetness to cakes, bakes and chocolate-dipped macaroons. The fine coconut flakes are also used in savoury dishes – sprinkle them over Thai salads, whizz into soups or stir into a creamy chicken korma.
Desiccated coconut is great for cake decorating. Add food colouring to create pastel coconut sprinkles for cake pops, cupcakes and chocolate truffles.
