Description
Callaloo is a green, leafy vegetable that is a staple in Caribbean cooking. Its similar to spinach and can be added to soups, omelettes and stews. In Jamaica, its eaten at all times of day, often served with saltfish or stir-fried with onion, garlic, tomato and scotch bonnet pepper.
