Description
This Silikomart food mould has a unique fish bone design. Use it to create delicate parmesan biscuits or savoury jellies to enhance a fish or seafood dish. It could also be used to create fish-shaped finishing touches for an under-the-sea themed cake or dessert. Use food colouring or lustre dust to add a touch of fine dining flair to your dinner table.
To use the flexible mould, pipe or pour in your mixture, then bake until golden or chill until set. Once ready, carefully pop each finished item from the mould.
This mould is dishwasher safe and can be used in the oven and freezer.
