Silikomart New York 270 is the perfect tritan mould for baking cube-shaped pastries and puff pastries (9.13 oz). The mould has holes for optimal baking and supports that stabilize the mould — it allows for complete rising and eliminate excess moisture. The lid is interlocking and remains attached when closed.
