The SCANPAN TechnIQ 30cm saut pan is ideal for feeding a crowd. Made in Denmark, the non-stick pan has a large frying surface for searing meat, frying fish and sauting diced vegetables. The high sides and 5.5 litre capacity make it an ideal choice for hearty casseroles and slow-cooked curries.
This versatile pan is oven-safe up to 250C and can be used for baking and braising. A glass lid is available to purchase separately so you can use it for simmering and slow-cooking. Paired with SCANPANs stainless steel frying basket, this deep saut pan is great for deep-frying chicken and vegetable tempura.
