This Sannengbaking pan withtall edgesis ideal for baking buns, such as Taiwanese style soft buns or Hong Kong style sweet buns where direct heat coming from the side needs to be avoided. It alsoworks asa perfect brownie pan for making squares and bars.

- Anodized surface is very easy to clean and does not scratch easily.
