The ProQ Eco smoker chamber makes cold smoking at home both easy and affordable. Designed for use with theProQ Cold Smoke Generator,this cardboard box is a great smoking chamber when you’re starting out.
The Pro Q Eco smoker has an inner and outer box, with three chrome-plated food racks, and two drip trays to prevent cross-contamination of different food types during smoking. The eco-friendly name comes from the fact that the smoking chamber is made from cardboard, so is recyclable. Friendly on the environment, and friendly on the pocket! The Pro Q Eco smoker helps you get started with cold smoking make smoked bacon, smoked salmon, smoked cheeses, nuts and even smoked garlic.
