The paella spices include turmeric to give your paella a classic, pale golden colour, and sweet paprika, pepper, bay leaf, garlic and thyme for great flavour. For a more vibrant colour and to add more depth of flavour, just add a pinch of saffron. Then add the toppings of your choice seafood, chicken, vegetables and your paella is ready to serve.
