Description
Opies plump peach halves are steeped in a light syrup flavoured with Luxardo 12 year old brandy. You can use them in place of fresh or canned peaches to add fruity flavour to cakes, tarts, pavlovas and trifles.
With their deliciously sweet flavour and subtle brandy kick, these peaches are delicious on their own or served with yoghurt, cream or ice cream. Try serving them with homemade crpes or use them to make a classic Peach Melba drizzled with raspberry sauce. You can even blend them to make a smooth peach pure for cocktails and sparkling Bellinis.
