Ocelots white chocolate is made with organic Swiss milk. Small herds of Brown Swiss cows graze on mountain pastures and Alpine wildflowers. This gives the chocolate a subtle floral flavour.

Based in Scotland, Ocelot makes organic chocolate from ethically sourced ingredients. Their sister company, Original Beans, ensures that cocoa farmers are paid fairly. They give the farmers the resources to produce high quality cocoa and support their families and communities. In 2023, they had schooled 2,944 farmers, 40% of them women. The company protects rainforests by supporting growers to plant and nurture native trees.
