Description
Ginger paste is a versatile and useful store cupboard ingredient for adding warmth and flavour to curries and sauces. Ginger paste forms the base of many dishes from around the world, such as Indian curries and Thai green curries.
Using the paste gives you all the flavour of ginger, without needing to chop or peel. One teaspoon of paste is roughly equal to a 2cm piece of ginger.
Ingredients: Ginger (95%), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium ascorbate.
