La Chinata smoked hot sauce is made with La Vera smoked peppers which give it its unique flavour and colour. With an addictive vinegar tang and intense heat, this sauce will add a dash of Spanish spice to any dish you can think of.
Try splashing it onto fried eggs, burgers, chicken wings and pizza. A few drops will spice up a fresh salsa and add smoky depth to a simple tomato sauce. This hot sauce is particularly good with grilled meat and fish – keep it close by at your next barbecue.
