Use Kikkoman sushi seasoning to add flavour to your sushi rice. It will give homemade sushi an authentic, umami-rich flavour.
The seasoning is made with rice vinegar, sugar and salt. It strikes the perfect balance between savoury, sweet and salty. Its milder than regular vinegar, with a lower acid content, so it wont overpower your sushi ingredients.
Use Kikkoman sushi seasoning to make maki rolls, uramaki and inari sushi. You can also use it to dress salads or make marinades for meat and fish.
Kikkoman sushi seasoning is vegan-friendly and gluten-free. It is prepared without artificial additives or preservatives.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
