Description
Use hand-pressed yuzu juice to bring fresh floral-citrus aromas to sorbets, cocktails and sauces for fish. Yuzu is a small Japanese citrus fruit, and is something like a wild mandarin crossed with a lemon, with notes of lime and fresh blossoms thrown in for good measure. Theres nothing quite like it so keep a bottle in the fridge and add to dishes in place of lemon or lime and see where it takes you.
This hand-pressed yuzu juice retains the full, intensely fragrant flavour and aroma of fresh yuzu. Some separation will occur during storage. – just give the bottle a little shake before each use.
Store in a cool place away from strong light. Keep refrigerated after opening.
