Gymkhana Butter Masala Cooking Sauce, 300ml

Description

Use Gymkhanas butter masala sauce to cook a fantastic murgh makhani. Also known as butter chicken, this north Indian curry is comforting and full of flavour.

The sauce is made with slow-cooked tomatoes, fenugreek and Kashmiri chillies. Its rich and creamy with mellow heat and layers of spice. Pair it with chicken thighs, tiger prawns or paneer to make an authentic curry in minutes.

Cooking instructions:

1. Pan-fry your meat, seafood or paneer until three-quarters done.
2. Add the sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and bring to the boil.
3. Simmer for approximately five minutes, or until your ingredients are cooked.
4. Sprinkle with fresh coriander (optional) and serve.
