Giustis sweet and sour pomegranate condiment has a fresh, balanced flavour with a pleasantly sour finish. Its made with wine vinegar and grape must with fresh pomegranate juice adding a touch of fruity acidity.
The sweet-sour condiment can be added to cocktails and soft drinks or drizzled over grilled fish, pork or chicken. You can use it to glaze roasted vegetables or mix it with good olive oil to create a vinaigrette for Italian and Middle Eastern salads.
