French salted butter caramels are sweet, buttery and make the perfect post-dinner petit four or as a mid-morning pick-me-up. The sweet caramel is balanced with sea salt and fleur de sel from Gurande, a medieval town in Brittany, famous for its salt marshes.
These individually wrapped caramels are presented in a small round box – the perfect small gift.

Based in Quiberon, France, La Maison Darmorine has created sweet delicacies since 1946. Since the start, three generations have taken their turn to create the salted butter caramels a Breton speciality. The sweets are created using local ingredients and traditional processes involving a copper caldron.
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, butter (milk) (10%), milk powder, sea salt from Guerande (0.8%), fleur de sel from Guerande (0.3%)
