The limited edition Fiasconaro x Dolce & Gabbana mandorle di Sicilia panettone is a stunning Italian cake to give to friends or treat yourself to. It comes astunning Red or Blue Dolce & Gabbana designed tin, with beautiful vibrant detailed illustration. Treasure the tin long after the cake has been enjoyed.
The panettone is enriched with raisins which have been flavoured with Vecchio Samperi (an aromatic, aged Marsala wine). The dough is then studded with sweet Sicilian almonds and sugar grains. There is no candied citrus in this panettone, making it a modern take on the classic cake.
Each sourdough cake is wrapped with ribbon and presented in a vibrant hat box-style tin adorned with Dolce & Gabbanas colourful designs.
Domenico Dolce is originally from Polizzi Generosa in Palermo, Sicily, so the designer jumped at the chance to celebrate his home country with bespoke designs for Fiasconaro.

About Fiasoncaro
Fiasconaro was founded in Castelbuono, Sicily in 1953 by Mario Fiasconaro. Mario started out as an ice-cream maker and pastry chef, and his first great masterpieces were mountains of profiteroles. His three sons, Fausto, Nicola and Martino, began learning the art of pastry when they were children. Today, the three brothers still lead the company. Nicola is the production manager and an award-winning pastry chef. Youll taste his expertise in every bite of Fiasconaros luxurious panettones and torrone.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, raisins (18%), butter, almonds glaze (10%) (fresh barn egg white, sugar, rice flour, almond flour (7,7%), starch modified, flavourings), sugar, fresheggs, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast (soft wheat flour, yeast), granulated sugar (3%), Sicilianalmonds (Amygdalus communis L.)(4%), liqueur wine Terre Siciliane PGI, Sicilian honey, Invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, salt, flavourings, vanilla .
