This hot dumpling sauce is a spicy condiment to serve with xiaolongbao and potstickers. Specifically created to serve with dumplings, this sauce blends soy with sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and chilli. The result is a mix of hot-sweet-umami flavours and an aromatic aroma.
Serve this punchy dumpling sauce with your favourite type of dumpling, be it gyoza, wontons, har gau or siu mai. You can also add a splash of this sauce to stir-fried noodles and soups for a chilli kick.
