Made with Moscatel and Palomino grapes, it is aged for two years in oak barrels to develop its well-balanced, fruity flavour. This fragrant Spanish vinegar is produced by a family-run company in Jerez, an area famous for its excellent sherry.
With hints of raisins and stone fruit, Moscatel sherry vinegar is a great match for rich meats like duck and pork belly. You can use it as a finishing touch for grilled fish or as a glaze for roasted carrots and parsnips. Its bitter-sweet flavour is a game changer for salad dressings, too.
