This concentrated yuzu juice flavour brings an intense yuzu flavour and aroma to baking and patisserie. Dco’reliefconcentrated aromas are used by top chefs and patissiers across France, incakes, macarons, ganaches, sorbets, ice-creams, sweets and chocolates.
The flavouring is highly concentrated, so use in tiny amounts as specified on the packaging – the bottle includes a dropper cap to help you.
