Use the De Buyer 9-hole stainless-steel vermicelli piping tip, or douille nid, to make the classic French chestnut dessert, Mont Blanc. You can also use this nozzle for long, ultra-fine strands of icing, or to pipe birds nest decorations on cakes and desserts.
The vermicelli tip is 3.95cm high and has 9 holes, each 3mm in diameter. Use directly with disposable piping bags. De Buyer piping tips have permanent size markings on the side for easy identification, and are designed for intensive professional use.
