How can a soya sauce be double strength? Its made with twice the amount of whole soybeans as regular soy sauces and matured for longer. This results in a rich soya sauce with a smooth, balanced flavour.
The organic tamari soy sauce is a great dipping sauce for spring rolls, wontons, sushi and sashimi. Add to stir fries, salad dressings and marinades for a hit of umami.
