Description
Clearspring organic rapeseed oil, also known as canola oil, is said to be one of the healthiest culinary oils available. Unrefined rapeseed oil like this one is low in saturated fats, high in Omega 3 fatty acids and rich in vitamin E. This makes it even healthier than olive oil!
Rapeseed oil has a slightly sweet and nutty flavour, making it a great ingredient in salad dressings and dips. Its not recommended to heat the oil above 100C, so save your rapeseed oil for dressings and marinades.
