Catrineta sardines in escabeche have an intense fish flavour and freshness from the escabeche – a marinade of sunflower oil and vinegar. Paprika flavouring gives smoky notes to these sardines.
Enjoy these sardines straight from the tin, grill and serve with lemon zest and parsley, or add to toasted sourdough with garlic aioli.
Each tin contains 6-8 sardines.
