Casale Le Marmores Italian borlotti beans are a type of kidney beans, with a soft and creamy texture. Borlotti beans are delicious in soups and stews. Try serving meat dishes on a bed of borlotti beans, or let them cool, and mix with a dash of vinegar and chopped herbs for a beautiful, summer salad.
To cook these Italian borlotti beans, soak for 6 hours then add to a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer for 45 minutes until soft.
