Description
This dried bean soup from Casale Le Marmore contains beans, lentils, chickpeas, soy beans, peas and broad beans. Use it for a hearty soup with a fantastic variety of texture, colours and differently sized beans.
To cook the dried bean soup mix, soak them for 6 hours then add to a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Cook for 40-45 minutes.
