Casa Marrazzos grilled courgette (or zucchini) in oil are a flavourful addition to pizzas, omelettes, salads and Italian antipasti platters. Better known as courgettes in the UK, the versatile vegetable can be served on crostini with creamy goats cheese or tossed through pasta with smoky pancetta.
Try adding the grilled courgette to a pot of braised cannellini beans and finish with a squeeze of lemon and grated Parmesan. The slow-cooked beans are wonderful on toasted sourdough or as an accompaniment to grilled fish.
