Made with 100% Medjool dates, this pure molasses is complex with fruity flavours and has slight caramel undertones.
Try pairing it with tahini and stirring through porridge for a breakfast upgrade, drizzle over halloumi for a sweet salty flavour contrast, or give a sour tang to cauliflower shawarma.
