Description
Sprinkle aonori dried seaweed over rice dishes, ramen and sushi. Its salty taste and ocean scent will enhance many Japanese dishes.
In Japan, this edible seaweed is used as a garnish or seasoning. Chefs will scatter it over yakisoba noodles and okonomiyaki. Try adding a pinch to soups and delicate sauces for tempura.
You can add dried seaweed to batter or breadcrumbs for fried fish. The delicate flavour of the seaweed is a great match for prawns and scallops, too.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume as soon as possible.
