The Cool Chile Co Chile Ancho Powder is made with ancho chillies the most widely used chilli in Mexico. The ancho is a mild and sweet variety of the poblano chilli, which has been dried. This powder is made from ground whole ancho.
How to use ancho chilli powder
Powdered chilli doesnt require toasting or soaking, so simply sprinkle directly into your recipe. Try this powder dusted over a slice of watermelon with a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lime for a super-refreshing snack.
