Alpenzus cacio e pepe cream lets you enjoy the Roman classic in sauce form! Made with pecorino, cream and black pepper, this spreadable paste is sharp, salty and creamy. Enjoy this cream hot and serve with crunchy bread and vegetable crudites as a sharing-style starter. Alternatively, warm it through gently and use it as a sauce toss through spaghetti for a cheats version of cacio e pepe or drizzle over risottos before serving.
