Aani ginger paste brings aromatic, fiery flavours to stews and curries. Made with 85% ginger, plus water and sunflower oil, this ready-made paste is incredibly pungent in both taste and aroma.
Fry this ginger paste with onions and spices to create a base layer for your curries and stews, or use it alongside lime juice and spices as a marinade for tandoori chicken. You can also coat fish in this paste and fry for a crispy exterior.
