Fry this garlic paste with onions and spices to create a base layer for your curries and stews, or use alongside sofrito as the base for slow-cooked beef ragus.
Ingredients: garlic (68%), water, rapeseed oil, salt, acidity regulators: acetic acid and citric acid, preservatives: sodium benzoate and sodium metabisulphite.
