1847 STONE MILLING “Daily Grind”, Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

This organic, stone milled “Daily Grind” flour can be used to directly substitute your All Purpose Flour, the only difference is this flour has a beautiful flavour and contains the naturally occurring vitamins and minerals found in the grain. No additives or preservatives! Just the grain.

Made with a blend of hard red wheat and soft red wheat to create a perfectly balanced protein level for everyday baking, this buttery smooth bodied flour has sweet notes of nougat and subtle notes of Brazil nuts that will complement muffins, pancakes, cookies and your yeasted breads. The bright colours of the wheat results in a light colour flour reminiscent of a vanilla wafer.
