Description
Thisorganic, stone milled”Daily Bread” bread flour is made using 100% certified organic hard red spring wheat, which produces a great texture to your bread. Your dough will have a smooth elastic consistency due to the high protein content of hard red wheat.
Since this flour is freshly milled and has not gone through natural or artificial bleaching process, some people like to add 1 tbsp of vital wheat gluten per cup to make a fluffier loaf. If you love a hardy loaf, leave out the vital wheat gluten! Either way delicious!

Body: Full 13.5% Protein
