The carefully selected beans deliver a smooth, balanced taste with luscious crema. Serve your coffee with something sweet, as they do in Turkey. Baklava or Turkish delight is ideal but dark chocolate is also a good match for the strong coffee.
In Turkey, coffee is prepared in a special pot called a cezve or ibrik. The finely ground coffee is mixed with water and sugar, then gently boiled. Coffee is served in small porcelain cups which allow the coffee grounds to settle at the bottom.
Store in an airtight container in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
