Description
This large bottle of yuzu juice will add fragrant, citrus tang to your recipes. The yuzu fruit is likened to a large mandarin with heady floral aroma and strong citrus blossom flavours. Use the yuzu juice to flavour yuzu chilli pastes, or to dress a fresh and crunchy vegetable slaw. Its also delicious in cocktails.
Yuzu is traditionally used in Japanese ponzu sauce, along with soy sauce, rice vinegar and mirin. Ponzu is a fantastic dipping sauce for tuna steak.
