Enjoy the yuzu & honey vinegar in salad dressings, as well as sauces for chicken or even seafood. You can also use the yuzu & honey vinegar to deglaze pans, in cocktails, or even drizzled over fruit salads. The honey-citrus flavour combined with the sharpness of apple vinegar and yuzus distinctive floral notes make this a versatile ingredient.
The vinegar also makes a great yuzu & honey drinking vinegar justdilutewith water for a refreshing drink. The vinegar is sweet, citrussy and sour, so try mixing with soda water and ice for a lemonade-like experience. In Japan vinegar has been drunk for centuries, as it is considered to have many health benefits in small amounts it can aid digestion, boost the immune system and counter fatigue.
If enjoying as a drink, dilute 15ml of vinegar in a glass of water and drink before a meal. You can do this up to twice a day.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
