Wilderbee Gochujang Hot Honey, 350g

Description

Drizzle Wilderbee gochujang hot honey over tacos and loaded fries. This addictive condiment is sweet and spicy in equal measure. It gets its kick from gochujang (Korean red pepper paste), gochugaru and Scotch bonnet chillies.

This sauce has a rich umami flavour that works with sweet and savoury dishes. Pair it with pizza, cheese toasties and fruit salad. Its great with fried chicken or a Korean BBQ beef bowl.

About Wilderbee

Wilderbee hot honey was created by food truck chef Dan Shearman. Its produced in the UK with bee-friendly, organic wildflower honey.

Ingredients: Organic wildflower honey (79.98%), gochujang (20%) (red pepper paste mixed seasoning (4%), gochugaru red pepper powder, salt, garlic, onion, water), corn syrup (4%), brown rice (4%), water (2.4%), fermented soybean paste (soybean, water, salt), isomaltooligosaccharide, salt, spirits, red pepper powder, glutinous brown rice flour, yeast extract powder), scotch bonnet chillies. Handled in a facility that handles celery, mustard, soy. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, gluten, egg, milk, fish, sesame and sulphites.
