Imperial matcha is an organic Japanese green tea. Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, its an invigorating way to start your day. It has a mellow, balanced flavour with grassy, vegetal notes.
You can enjoy matcha tea hot or cold, made with water or milk. Its rich in umami with a lingering bittersweet finish.
To prepare the tea, sift 2g of matcha powder into a bowl. Pour over 70ml of 70C water and whisk with a bamboo matcha whisk until frothy. Sip it directly from the matcha bowl and enjoy its unique flavour.
