Description
Tropical Sun jerk seasoning powder adds a fiery Caribbean kick to chicken, fish and red meat dishes. Made to an authentic Jamaican recipe, its a flavour-packed blend of hot peppers, spring onions and fragrant spices like pimento, nutmeg and thyme.
This Jerk Seasoning comes in three sizes:

For a simple marinade, add equal parts jerk seasoning to olive oil and use it to marinade meat, fish or vegetables. For best results, leave it overnight for the flavours to infuse before cooking it on a barbecue or in the oven. Serve with rice and peas, coleslaw or fried plantain for a proper Caribbean feast.
