Unlike dark soy sauces, this version has been made from distilled soy sauce giving it the transparent appearance. With a deep, rounded flavour, this soy sauce is perfect for seasoning seafood carpaccio and sushi.
This soy sauce comes in two sizes, 100ml and 1 litre.
