The kit comes with step-by-step instructions to make vegan-friendly versions of mozzarella, ricotta, mascarpone, halloumi, feta and even parmesan. The finished cheese is ideal for people with dairy allergies or intolerances as well.
Along with the instructions, every kit includes:

The big vegan cheese making kit comes with enough ingredients to make 20 batches of cheese. You will need a blender and a non-stick saucepan to make the cheese.
Ingredients: organic sea salt, citric acid, agar (from seaweed), tapioca flour, nutritional yeast, dried basil, lemon pepper, paprika.
Please note: due to the nature of the recipes, the big vegan cheese making kit is not suitable for those with nut allergies.
