Terre Exotiques tabbouleh spice blend is an explosion of fresh, vibrant flavours. Its your store cupboard shortcut to making the famous Lebanese salad.

Traditionally made with chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes and bulgur wheat, tabbouleh is served at mezze feasts, enjoyed as a light starter or presented as a side dish with grilled meat and fish.

This tabbouleh spice blend has fresh, herbaceous notes from mint and parsley and a hint of spice from Aleppo pepper. Paprika gives it a warming smokiness, while lime adds a subtle citrus tang. Its perfect for making a flavourful tabbouleh salad with a dressing of lemon juice and olive oil.

You can sprinkle it over other Middle Eastern salads, add a pinch to yoghurt dips or use it to marinade vegetables. Try adding a teaspoon of the spice blend to your falafel mix before frying to give them a fresh, minty flavour.
