Description

Terre Exotiques mustard with summer truffle is a heady condiment to serve with pain perdu, grilled cheese sandwiches and on the side of sausages. Made following a traditional Runion recipe, this mustard is created in a three-stage process. First, the black mustard seeds are ground. Next, the seeds are mixed with verjuice – this is what gives mustard its acidic tang. Finally, the mix is ground and sieved to produce the final condiment.

This mustard is mixed with freeze-dried summer truffle aroma for a mild, slightly spiced condiment. Serve with roast pork, spread a little over roast chicken or stir through potato salads.
