Description

Terre Exotiques gingerbread spice blend gives a gentle warmth to biscuits, cakes and fruit tarts. Made with cinnamon, cardamom, fennel and ginger, this spiced mix has a delicate aroma and flavour.

Its excellent used to make homemade gingerbread biscuits, however you can also use it in cream sauces for pan-fried fish, as a dry rub for lamb, or stir through custard mixes to make a spiced ice cream to serve with apple tarts.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices and Terre Exotique was born.
