These smoked chipotle biltong slices are a 100% air-dried beef treat for lunch boxes and everyday snacking. They are made by thinly slicing whole pieces of biltong, which is made with premium topside. The meat is marinated in a chipotle spice blend and then left to dry for up to four days. The result is a slightly chewy, high protein snack with a spicy, smoky flavour.
